So, the basics of the site are nearly done. There are still several things I wanna do, and I may tweak a few things such as the site icon and background, but for the most part the basic structure of the site is almost finished. In an effort to not make this first post teeny tiny, I'll try and pad it out a little by saying that if you're like me and love retro style sites, don't let your inexperience with coding hold you back. I threw this site together within like, a week, and I started on it the same day I started learning coding. It's not difficult to throw a website together. It'll be confusing and challenging at times, sure, but it's not that difficult in the long run. I definetely reccomend Neocities (the site I used to make this), as it has a quick basic HTML tutorial that will get you going right off the bat. For things like CSS and Javascript, google is your bestie. CSS and Javascript are a bit more difficult to learn than HTML, but still not too hard once you get the hang of it. I'll post more shit as more shit happens!
